Decorating bedroom-can i paint over wooden bed frame?

white wooden bed



and also my wooden blinds? I want to paint this white and my basic structure of Mo is an oak tree with acute. My blind is an oak tree but unsure if they take the white paint?

    sand them down then apply primer,lightly sand down then undercoat,lightly sand down then gloss

    yes have just painted over mahogany wood with good effect

    Yeh but you will have to sand it down and apply primer otherwise it will look crap haha and that paint wont stick properly

    Yes you can paint over it, if it’s varnished, sand it lightly, then use a bin primer, that way you seal everything. Then just go over with the desired colour.

    Yes – duck-egg blue is pretty and also very continental. I would use Matt paint whatever you decide.
