We have a metal daybed frame that’s an awful shade of shiny white. We’re trying to repaint it but we can’t get the paint or primer to stick.
We’ve sanded the metal some to give it some grit, then we washed and rinsed it really well before applying primer, and finally paint.
The primer is not sticking to the metal at all and I don’t see why not, we’ve done everything right as far as I can tell.

For metal im thinking like acrylic im thinking like rubber can imagine it just rubs right offwhat kind of paint are you.
