I have a black wooden base and I painted white to match the new color in my room. Should grinding down, or can I just paint over it with several coats of white paint? Or will the paint I spray it? What would seem the best?

hey types are in the course of redecorating my room and I am really stuck … I bought this beautiful out of the coverage of white and doon the cushions of correspondence with this model gold everywhere it on to the love of the pleasant it then I found this white cabinet style really old TV on ebay cheap in my native place the love of the style of the old school it really I was thinking of buying it and smeriglitatura and repaint it and put new knobs on so it (gold to match my spreading of the base?) then I found these 3 pictures of the beautiful canvas of Marilyn Monroe on ebay I was thinking about buying a frame and maybe – I found that some of those really old mirrors and brushes and bottles of perfume on ebay I was thinking of buying from sit on a table to prepare? My base is a set so there is bedhead from colliding. but I need some color to illuminate a small, I was thinking Burgundy? I do not know that color tends to match, im not even sure if this is the style I'm going, your observations ???????????????
